Who we are
Massachusetts Roof Pros (https://massachusettsroofpros.com) receives Massachusetts roofing quote requests and routes them to a licensed, insured independent contractor serving the requested area. Massachusetts Roof Pros does not perform the roofing work. The serving contractor separately confirms availability, scope, credentials, pricing, scheduling, and contract terms.
What we collect
- Contact information submitted by phone or form, including name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, and job notes.
- Roofing details such as leak location, roof age, requested service, storm timing, property access, material type, and photos or descriptions you choose to provide.
- Call information. Calls to (617) 397-4837 may be recorded only after the required notice. Massachusetts is a strict all-party-consent state under M.G.L. c.272 § 99. A recording notice must be provided before a call or voicemail is recorded. Continuing the call or leaving a message after that notice communicates consent to the recording.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, requested page, and standard server logs used for security and site performance.
How we use information
- To route your quote request to a contractor serving the Massachusetts area you provide.
- To respond to roof replacement, roof repair, leak, storm, gutter, siding, or inspection requests.
- To maintain security, prevent misuse, understand page performance, and improve request handling.
We do not sell personal information. We share request details only as needed with the serving contractor and providers that support calls, forms, email, hosting, security, and related operations.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted by emailing quotes@massachusettsroofpros.com. A request may require reasonable verification. If you decline to provide basic contact and property details, the roofing request may not be routed or scheduled.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
