Routing disclosure

This site is a marketing platform. Calls and form requests route to a licensed, insured independent Massachusetts roofing contractor serving the requested area; Massachusetts Roof Pros does not perform the roofing work. The serving contractor confirms availability, exact pricing, applicable CSL and HIC credentials, municipal permit responsibility, materials, scheduling, contract terms, and warranties in writing.

Massachusetts is a strict all-party-consent state under M.G.L. c.272 § 99. A recording notice must be provided before a call or voicemail is recorded. Continuing the call or leaving a message after that notice communicates consent to the recording.

Storm documentation is limited to observed roof conditions, photos, and itemized construction scopes. Insurance coverage decisions belong to the insurer. No claim outcome, deductible arrangement, or insurance payment is promised.

Massachusetts contractor credentials

Applicable residential roof work on an existing one-to-four-family home commonly requires Home Improvement Contractor registration with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation under M.G.L. c.142A. Structural roof work such as sheathing or framing can also require an applicable Construction Supervisor License under 780 CMR, including the Restricted Roof Coverings class where relevant. Ask the serving contractor which credentials apply to the proposed scope, request the HIC and CSL identifiers, and verify both through the free mass.gov lookup tools before signing. No credential number is supplied or implied here.

Roofing work, permits, and insurance documentation

The contractor is responsible for explaining the proposed scope, verifying local permit requirements, and identifying what documentation is included. No warranty of services

Massachusetts Roof Pros does not install roofs, repair roofs, inspect roofs, adjust insurance claims, or perform exterior construction. We make no warranty regarding work performed by the independent contractor that receives your request. Any workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty, material selection, scheduling promise, or contract term is set by that contractor and should be confirmed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Massachusetts Roof Pros is not liable for acts or omissions of the independent contractor, property damage, claim outcomes, delay, missed appointments, pricing changes, permit issues, weather impacts, or other damages connected to services requested through this site. Your remedy for service work is with the contractor that provides it.

Information submitted through this site is handled as described in the privacy policy. You may receive a call, text, email, or voicemail response related to your roofing request. Message and data rates may apply if your carrier charges them.
