This site is a marketing platform that routes inbound calls and form submissions to a licensed, insured independent Massachusetts roofing contractor serving your area. We do not perform roofing work ourselves. Availability, exact pricing, CSL/HIC registration details, permit handling, contract terms, materials, warranty terms, and scheduling are confirmed by the independent contractor in a written quote.

Massachusetts exterior contractors commonly need a Construction Supervisor License for applicable building work and Home Improvement Contractor registration for residential home improvement work. TODO(operator): add the renting contractor CSL and HIC identifiers before citations, ads, or expanded promotion.

Massachusetts is a strict all-party-consent state under M.G.L. c.272 Section 99. Calls to and from the published number may be recorded only after a recording notice is provided; by continuing with the call or leaving a voicemail after that notice, you consent to recording.

No warranty of services

We make no warranty regarding work performed by the independent contractor that receives your request. Any workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty, material selection, scheduling promise, or contract term is set by that contractor and should be confirmed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Massachusetts Roof Pros is not liable for acts or omissions of the independent contractor, property damage, claim outcomes, delay, missed appointments, pricing changes, permit issues, weather impacts, or other damages connected to services requested through this site. Your remedy for service work is with the contractor that provides it.

Information submitted through this site is handled as described in the privacy policy. You may receive a call, text, email, or voicemail response related to your roofing request. Message and data rates may apply if your carrier charges them.
